Devine intervention required now. After a lack lustre performance, last ten minutes excluded, we looked like a team going nowhere but down. I just hope G&S show Grant the door as his tactics are poor and his team talks must be dire, no passion whatsoever yesterday.

Blackburn missed the opportunity to pick up three points, more to do with the Manager rather than the team.
Avram was a poor choice in the first place, he isnt the type to inspire anyone.

If QPR get rid of Warnock and go for a high profile coach, as is rumoured, then he would be the perfect man for the Hammers.

If he becomes available, I am sure quite a few Championship clubs will be knocking on his door. Certainly one of the best managers around at that level and I would not object too him being in charge, although a few might not be too keen after Tevezgate.

A mirror image of Grant, dull. He is a great coach, but not someone you would want as the manager, he just got lucky with Middlesbrough.

I have a feeling Ant & Dec will persist with Grant untill it becomes clear, to them & Tarty Doris, he does not have a clue, probably Oct/Nov time.
They will then look to someone with a proven record, Big Sam or Martin O'Neill, wether either would be tempted is another matter.

Personally I would give Zola another go, never wanted him to leave in the first place. We were playing some decent stuff and he was improving as a manage as were the team, but they wanted thier own man. Possibly old boy, Mad Dog (Martin Allen) or perhaps gamble with Fergie JR with a decent defensive coach, Posh play good football 100+ goals this season, but defensively are poor, although things have improved since Johnson left.

If QPR do dump Warnock, things might be different.

For the life of me I cannot remember, anywhere he has been a success.

I thought Stoke were dissapointing yesterday, everyone back behind the ball when City were in possesion and when Stoke attacked either passed to Jones or Pennant.

Will both Manchester clubs parade on the same day, meeting at the Civic centre for a slap up lunch?

So, he's gone, and West Ham are down.

A case of gate closed, but horse long gone.

Scary rumour is Roy Keane.

Early bookies favourite is Paulo Di Canio.

Can't wait to see who the hapless three will put in charge, rumour has it that they are after Martin O'Neill, though I doubt he will show as we won't have a big enough war chest for him.

Police are awaiting the new fixtures so all leave can be cancelled when the Millwall dates are annouinced and the usual antics at the club yearly bash.

Glad Mclaren is not interested.

Gus Poyet is getting a lot of mentions, along with Hughton, the perfect man for the job is Warnock, I know some fans dont like him but that will soon change when he has them top of the league.

Poyet has ruled himself out of the running and Alan Curbishley has applied, which seems strange as he took the club to court for loss of wages. QPR will keep Warnock in place for next season, Houghton and Keen in tandem would seem to be a step in the right direction, but with the current owners we might end up with a dinosaur.

Houghton did a good job at Newcastle and was treated badly there.

Why waste a fortune on those deadbeats, when we can just pop down the road to E10 and nab a far cheaper option in John Sitton and probably just as entertaining.
