Green lantern

OK, quite good really. Proper Superhero films can be made to look good now, but they still need good scripts & good actors. This one was good, not great. Iron Man I is still the best Superhero film I've seen, but this is in the top 5.

Watched the new Conan the barbarian film and it was ok,but its not the same with out old Arnie playing the role.

Also watched a weird film called Bunraku, all tho its a strange film, i enjoyed watching that film more than Conan.

Green Lantern is good film, bet there's a sequel already in the works.

Oh, I'm sure, that was clear from Sinestro donning the yellow ring at the end... I'm not a great Green lantern fan, but I was firstly impressed by how recognisable Sinestro was, secondly happy to see the Superhero allowed to be fairly... Super (keeping things on a human level does make many Superhero films rather dull), and thirdly depressed not to get to meet Arisia...

Deadheads

Another zombie film but it was funny, entertaining and a good laugh would watch it quiet a few times, unlike a lot of the rubbish been put out by Hollywood with remakes and reboots, i give it a 8 to a 9 out of 10.

X-Men: First Class

Really good. I'd say the best X-Men film yet, in fact. Not quite as good as Iron man, but one of the best superhero films around. Loads of known Marvel Comics names thrown around, and some new ones too, all suitably showing off their tricks onscreen.

The Extraordinary Adventures of Adele Blanc Sec
A French comic book adaptation, with a very acceptable English dub track. Thoroughly enjoyable light hearted Indiana Jones/ The Mummy style adventure, with some really nice special effects. The leading lady, although very easy on the eye, didn't overpower the story, and the combination of actress & voice actress worked excellently. Highly recommended!

*REC2 - warning, includes spoilers!
Pity. The original *REC was an excellent addition to the 'not-really-zombies-but-sort-of' mini-genre, but this one changes it into something different. The presence of a Vatican Priest in disguise should tell you what's in store... The handheld camera idea (here helmet-mounted cameras carried by the soldiers sent in immediately after the events of *REC - or possibly even during those events...) is equally well done, and the acting is good, but it just didn't work as well with an Exorcist plot...

REC 2 carried on minutes after the first film ended, yep the ending was weird which kind of spoilt it for me a little, they have set it up for film number 3.

Ninja's vs vampires

Its a very low budget film that tried to be a bit different but failed, bad script didn't help.

It should be a Action-Horror-Comedy not sure where the comedy was in the film, unless only americans get the humor in it.
The film cost $15,000 to make , so give them credit for trying.
