Firefox
Does anyone else think that its starting to get as bloated and crap as IE? It gets slower with every version that comes out and is also getting unstable. I thought updates/upgrades were supposed to make things better?

Re: Firefox
I have noticed it takes the time it takes hair to grow an inch for it to load, and it does seem to "not respond" quite alot.. So much for supposedly being the fastest Browser..

Re: Firefox
I think it is much better on the Mac and Linux, on the PC it has become bloatware. That's why I prefer Chrome.

Re: Firefox
Certainly seems snappier to use. However, it still lags badly when I type into a text box such as the Quick Reply box below
Not sure why that should be, but it happens on all the PCs hereabouts from the old 1Ghz P3 with WinXP to the overclocked turbonutterbarsteward Win7 i7 I use for games.

Re: Firefox
Got another one now - Firefox 7 now freezes at random times for a few seconds to some minutes
Does this on every PC here whether it's Windows, Ubuntu 11.04 or Mint 11.

FF7 is bloody fast when typing into Google. Not bad considering I'm using a crap PC!
