Virgin Broadband

Post by gaztaylor » Mon Jan 16, 2012 5:30 pm

Ive just been informed Im (and all other customers) getting my speed doubled at no extra cost, they are also moving up from 100mb to 120mb.Im loving my VM bb, the fact that I get the speed I pay for is the clincher.

Yes its good but it will take up to 18 months to complete the free upgrades for every one and by then the cost will have gone up at least once or twice knowing Virgin media, as they increase the price every 12 months.

I will not get upgraded until a round July.

You can say that about most the ISP's, but I like the fact I get what Im paying for, which I never did before when using a BT line.

So much for a free upgrade with virginmedia broadband the lying b*stards, just got a letter saying its going up in April by £1.50 + .25p for sending out a paper bill

Like how they increase the price before they start the upgrade of the service, i vie not really surprised though how they have done it.
