Making new threads of locked ones.

When it comes to threads that are locked to which you have to make a new thread to post new caps I suggest posting a link in the first post of the thread to the locked thread so people can go back and look at the old caps without having to search for them.

One of the reasons the old threads are locked is that the majority of the photo hosting links are dead.
